If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

In addition to your legal rights, Rebodify offers an extended 30-day return policy.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, or otherwise required by law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
